3rd and Gone

The Jauan Jennings era is done. The almost-MVP (fuuuuuuck!!!) of Super Bowl 58 way back in 2024 signed with the Vikings for 1 year/$13 mill. Solid guy who was tenacious after the catch and a beast blocking. The seemingly studly WR group of BA, JJ, and Deebo is all gone. Replaced by Mike Evans, Christian Kirk, Ricky Pearsall, and De’Zhaun Stribling. Seeing that Brocky Purdy has thrown to only one of these guys might be a challenge, but hey that’s what camp is for.

Not quite sure what is going on with the WRs on this team, but that number is fairly small and I wonder if we even tried to keep him. Dude always came through in the clutch and was there for a lot of big plays. Up to and including a TD pass in the Super Bowl. What’s the deal?

I tell ya, of all the coaches on the team, I’ve never heard the name Leonard Hankerson ever come up. Yes, he’s the WR coach/passing game coordinator. Never heard of him as a player either. He was a WR for the Redskins, Falcons, Pats, and Bills for 5 years. If he was the problem, you’d think something would have come out. Weird. Don’t know.

And hey! The Giants got their weekly victory!

Easily a nominee for worst defensive inning in the history of SF Giants baseball…

Yeah, in the comfort of my home, this is a funny game. If I was paying for this shit at the ball park, I would be pissed (particularly, if it was a cold evening).

Seriously the Holokoss throws softer then me fast pitching are slow softball! It really is a disgrace for MLB to allow teams to do it!

And the “1” is the Eldridge HR. What the hell are all the other *hitters* doing?…. again, my goodness….

So Koss was throwing softer hard at 48 mph the Pirates decided to hit him in the head? Geez that was weak and scary..

Biggest hi-light was Eldridge getting off the schneid with his first bomb in the show. Hopefully, he continues to rake, where he replaces someone in the LU quickly.

Giants “rallied” to make it a more “respectable” 13-3 rout.

Seriously, this was a massive embarrassment in a season so far that has been full of them. When your team is mostly boring-ass bad, then occasionally comically bad like this turd of a game, it’s time for a rebuild. I doubt a rebuild could be worse than this season so far…

Had to watch the 7th inning. It didn’t disappoint.

    Bryan Reynolds – 4 HRs 23 RBIs.

    Oh, that Cutch trade.

Losing is contagious and I don’t want to see Roupp get burned out. He is a true bright spot. In all sports there is a time you have to just cut bait and I believe we are at that point now. Everyone in the decision making process is to blame. By continually letting these jackwads come into pitch doesn’t make sense. My guess is V is thinking they can fight through their problems, but they obviously can’t. I believe it’s time for a complete overhaul.
