. . . and welcome Flapper orphans!!!
Thought I wrote this yesterday, but now that we have Trent signed for one more year (and one less holdout) I’m of a mind to, yes, go with a DE in the 27 spot. I’ve been moaning about rhe O line, but at this point, getting a strong DE could tip the scales in our favor. This is a very strong DE draft, so we can get the guys I mentioned yesterday (somewhere if only in my mind) like TJ Parker from Clemson or Cashius Howell from Texas A&M. They could likely be available.
Adam Schefter has us even trading out of the 27th spot with NE for their 31 and a 2nd round pick. I could see us doing that if both guys are still available. Everyone seems to be looking for O line talent in the mid to late draft, so I think we can wait till the 2nd and 3rd rounds to go C, LG.
Then just waste the usual picks on an RB that never sees the field and a WR that spends the season in the dog house.
And, hey, go Giants ! ! ! be nice to roast the dogs these next couple games.
Pretty edgy stuff for 1967.
Still cracking up about this moron in Georgia that replaced “Space Lasers” Greene. Per this idiot (Rep. Clay Fuller), he said his State of Georgia was named after George Washington. HAHAHA . . . George was established in 1732 and George Washington was . . . wait for it . . . 2 years old. Actually, Georgia was named for King George II.
When you feel worthless Clay, just remember that once you were the fastest sperm.
So what else? Looking for the Giants to again kick ass on the Bums this evening. Go GMen!

Damn, do I miss the editing feature . . . sigh.
Coming over here from the Flap is a little like when a drugstore closes and they transfer your prescriptions to another place that has a sign welcoming all the hesitant infirmed to their new home…
Yeah and now sadly the FLAP = Forever Lost At Portal transfer window! Still a remarkable legendary run led by Maximus Gladiator Flavor!! Go Giants /Niners⚾️🏈
I don’t like our chances tonight. But the baseball Gods can surprise. I looked for another Giants blog this morning and it was discouraging I didn’t understand how it worked I think it was called around the foghorn and there was another one that I couldn’t figure out also.
That one shows up on my phone but boy they have some weird takes/no comments.
I do like McCovey Chronicles, which sometimes gets 500 comments on game time thread. They also have weekly updates of minors games and you can click on box scores. Lot of different opinions there, so not one sided.
Bailey seems to be on everyone’s mind the most…along with off season lack of starting pitching beyond Mahle and Houser. Last night was sure fun.
