Be still my beating heart. So, the weekend draftapalooza begins at 5:00 pm sharp PT. Which means I’ll be stuck on a Bart train underneath the icy waters of San Francisco Bay. The pisser is, for that stretch of the route, internet coverage is gone, so I’ll prolly miss a few. Actually, I might be in a bar, but I digress.
- The bad news? They streeeeeetch this shit out for THREE fricking days
- The good news? It’s FINALLY here.
- The better news? On Sunday, Mel Kiper Jr. will soon be re-entombed in has hard shell of hair gel and buried under the ESPN parking lot in Bristol, Connecticut.

Still think Tremaine Edmunds is the guy. After that, I got nothing.
Edmonds to the Bills
One of the draft “experts” on NFL channel predicted the Niners would pick McGlinchey but for the life of me I can’t remember the mock draft expert.
I saw that too.
I really like the McGlinchey pick!!! He was on my list last night. I thought we would trade back with AZ but when I saw what the Raiders got I knew why we did not trade with them.
I’m wondering now if the Bears got back at us from last year.By taking Rogan Smith who the 49ers liked too along with the Raiders who traded out of their spot after he was gone..
I like are pick and obviously Edmunds wasn’t the fit the 49er wanted so be it and hop on the OT Train 🚂
The Raiders wanted McGlinchey. That’s why they traded down.
All I know is ai heard this morning that the Raiders were very high on McGlinchey and he would have been drafted by them. No way he would have been there in a trade. This was made more apparent with the Raiders taking a tackle anyway at 15.
Edmunds fell to 16. Huh.
I just wonder if AZ came to us or a trade, but seeing as we are in the same division I’m sure they were leery of it.
I’m glad we didn’t get Roquan. He’s not going to work out.
Flav, Scotty McCloughan is on the Browns now. He’s been nothing but money for the most part. My eye test on Mayfield is busteroonie, but Ward is a solid pick. A little surprised he went so high but he’s a player. I liked him for us.
Scotty will be back on the bottle if Mayfield flames 🔥 out!
4 QBs in the top 10 and they all are risks. I told ya these teams were desperate.
Hey, I; m late to the party. I’ll just keep firing of posts . . .
Josh Rosen’s already talking smack!
9 teams in a row just made a mistake!
Pretty Bold statement from a 6-5 Bruin team and not a 1st team pac 12 player either..
All of a sudden Russell Wilson becomes the “Old Man” QB in our division..
At 28?
Yup now with Jared Goff,JimmyG,&Josh Rosen he is, but of course he’s got the ring and stats the rest don’t..
Talk is cheap in April.
Courtland Sutton is still out there. As is Will Hernandez
Not to be callous, but what’s up with Chris Mortenson?he looks confused like he’s had a stroke recently..
I believe he’s been fighting cancer for quite a while now.
Oh thanks LJ, I didn’t know that.
Best wishes for him, always been a standup guy..
New thread is up.
