I see this Season starting with lots of motion and ground attack.
Our OL is going to take time to adjust to the new system, however, a WCO should help them once Alex and the WRs get into the necessary rhythm.

It’s pretty much the explanation for BPA.
They obviously had a need at OT but felt compelled to concentrate on the D side IMO. Every team grades differently of course but the clear need on D was their focus.
I just don’t get their logic.
I still don’t get how they determined Pearsall was BPA. They reached for him in a position that wasn’t in desperate need of an upgrade. At the time anyway. Maybe they foresaw Deebo fucking up 2024, and Aiyuk getting fucked with by the FO, and then hurt for most of the season.

2022 draft class was the BIGGEST BUST in 49ers history!! Except for a lucky ass last pick in Brock Purdy that even Lynch and Shanahan didn’t know about(some scout said he might be worth a swing at) it was terrible,Drake Bust,Price Bust,Womack Bust,Zakel guess still their but Bust never on the field,the list goes on I forgot Burford Bust..
This years draft I’m excited about though Saleh got his stamp all over it with 5staight defensive players! Next years draft start out 5 straight OL/Center/TE etc..
I think Womack was pretty good but just not good enough to crack our lineup. Zakelj is a ST’s player for the most part I think they have tried him at both guard and center, maybe he’ll show something this year.

Good article, it looks like Watkins has similar traits as Cowing. The article said that Cowing hasn’t earned Shanny’s trust yet but neither did Aiyuk at first. It also seems that we are drafting smaller and faster WR’s that could thrive with Purdy’s quick releases. Anyway is fun to hope for the best.
