Pro Bowl! Pro Bowl? Kittle Extenze?

Rumor still I guess, but hey, sign Kittle. Haven’t seen anything official, but if you do that sign Greenlaw to a incentive-laden one year deal worth his while. Say what you will about his injury problem of late, he’s absolute mayhem when out there. He and Warner are the Willis and Bowman of the previous generation.

Don’t even know what the pro bowl even means anymore, and I watch more obscure shit than most folks, but hey, Jolly Roger is trying to squeeze blood out of yet another unsqueezed turnip.

As far as Super Fux LIX dicks, wll, the media frenzy is coming. Along with the allegations of favoritism among the NFL refs. Say what you will about this shit, but the fix, if that’s what it is, wouldn’t be that hard to do. The cadre of refs involved in games is a pretty small crowd, so juicing just a couple guys would go a long way.

Case in point, the ‘meaningless’ safety that the Chiefs took at the end of the Texans game. KC was up 10, and the lead went down to 9. The spread was 9.5.

Hah!!

Can anyone say Tim Donaghy?

I just hope it has worthwhile incentives.

Otherwise this smells a lot like the Charles Haley fuckup.

Haley of course was a trade scenario since Lott getting moved out lit the fuse for the meltdown that ensued. I think this situation as a FA is a move to see what’s out there for Dre to to compare.

Niners probably have doubts about his health and want the chance to see? Setting a price might be a good move to weigh any offers and guage whether he wants to stay?

A healthy Dre is worth retaining IMO. We shall see.

Still and all, Policy said it was his biggest mistake as the Niners GM.

You cannot let a guy like this go.

Sounds like another dick-around to me. I think they know they are gonna lose him. Although bringing Saleh back might change things. But it still sounds like a FO deflect to me.

My guess is the Raiders sneeky Pete will best a 49er offer.

Looks like Miss State QB Dart is turning heads at the combine. Some are talking about him going in rd 1. He has a bit of a long throwing motion, kind of like Purdy, but he has great footwork and is deadly accurate. He can run a bit too. We’ll find out how big his hands are at the combine. Bigger hands means being able to perform in bad weather. Unlike Purdy.

I am not sold on Purdy. He is a good QB with some limitations. If I am drafting for the 49ers, if this guy sells me as a leader in his interviews, and has large hands, I take him. Maybe at 11? Definitely 2nd round if he is there.

All speculation of course but another interior guy to bolster the run D to consider.

Better pass pro and Purdy will be fine.

Appreciate the draft work, as always, NJ.

    Like the size of Slough.

33rd team had the weigh in measurables for every player at the Senior Bowl here’s the QB’s numbers.. I think Berger was interested in.. Purdy’s hand size is 9 1/4

    Dart..6’2 226lbs Hand size 9 1/2

    Slough 6’4 224lbs Hand size 9 3/4

    Elgersma 6’5 216lbs Hand size 9 1/2

    Gabriel 5’10 202lbs Hand size 9

    Henigan 6’3 213lbs Hand size 8 7/8

    Leonard 6’3 210lbs Hand size 9 1/4

    Milrose 6’2 220lbs Hand size 8 3/4

Rumors I’ve heard both Garrett and TJ Watt could be available for 2 first rd picks this year and next,Just don’t see the Niners doing that with a solid DL/OL pick at 11&43..

If the Niners went after F/A Center Drew Dalman then drafted either OT Banks are Will Campbell that line looks pretty Damm good with Williams,Banks/Campbell,Dalman,Puni,McKivitz ( weak link but maybe Banks are Campbell could switch to RT? Then just hit the DL/Edge/DT and LB/CB/TE hard with a late rd QB development player..

I don’t see these guys dumping #1s again, but shit, Garrett would be something. Give ’em Deebo and Hargrave and a 3rd.

    • Winder's avatar Winder says:

Lol, yeah and offer em some beach front property in Tibet. In a perfect world. It wouldn’t surprise me if he lands in our division though. Dallass will probably find the money somewhere.
