Game Day 5 – V for Victory

Well we have some good news on the injury front. S Talanoa Hufanga, LB Dee Winters And DL Jordan Elliott have been removed from the injury list.

I just don’t know if the defensiuve improvement was because of the shittiness of the Patriots, or we are scheming different looks up front. I did see a little more stunting, and Bosa was getting more consistent pressure. A game like this really begs the presence of Dre Greenlaw. He pretty much covered the field containing running QBs, and Murray certainly qualifies for that.

Murray isn;t exactly lighting up the league this year, but as usual, if you don;t pressure the guy, he’ll hit his marks. Snd they rum pretty well. I’, glad to see Elliott back, and hope theuy get Oyuahinonu (sp) in there as well. His 19 plays last week saw a lot of disruption.

I swear, Elliott plays better than Hargrave based on the eye test. Stopping the run is paramount. We do that, we should be able to outscore these guys. Dont want a shootout. Want a 35- 20 type game.

Getting those guys back is a big plus, I didn’t think Elliott would be back so soon. By now the rust should be off and hopefully we play our game today. Looking forward to it.

Damm It’s suppose to hit 99 degrees at Levi’s better get the Iv’s ready and plenty of water to hydrated players and fans.Chasing Murray around will certainly gas the defense!

    Well that is not good.

  4. alleykat69's avatar alleykat69 says:

Well Murray just gassed the Niners defense on that run, not a hand on him for that TD run..

  5. Irish Kevin's avatar Irish Kevin says:

Damn I hope the special teams coach is in that guys face. That has to be one of the things drilled into players, don’t hit the kickers legs, yes plural LEGS

Giving this shit away, If we play soft, I’m gonna scream.

  11. unca_chuck's avatar unca_chuck says:

9 points on our last 5 trips to the red zone.

  12. unca_chuck's avatar unca_chuck says:

Wow, this is worse than the Ram game.

  13. Irish Kevin's avatar Irish Kevin says:

Worst tackling I have seen from the D

  14. Irish Kevin's avatar Irish Kevin says:

We have not scored in this half

  15. alleykat69's avatar alleykat69 says:

Start screaming Chuck ZERO Points in second half totally unacceptable.. They deserved to lose…Mason sucked with that fumble and then missed picking up the rusher that led to the final pick..

Another one for the ages. These losses are brutal, bur everyone sucks in this division. Our defense is pathetic. The offense had a mediocre day, but should have done enough to win. Purdy had a couple bad-luck picks, but he was off target all day. Deebo vanished the entire game, but Aiyuk had 115 by the half.

These futile trips to the red zone are now a huge issue. 7 trips to the red zone nets 13 points.

This was JUST like the Rams game where I know the fuckups were coming before they came. Connor had 9 yards in the 1st half and 75 yards in the 2nd.

I still don’t understand the goal line offense. 2 more times we are throwing on 3rd and 1 from the 1 and Purdy is running backwards for 20 yards.

Another game that we could have out away early but didn’t and we lost in the end.

We stand to go 0-3 in the division on Thursday. Seattle is never easy on the road and we are physically and mentally fucked.

The good news is the Rams and Seahawks lost so there’s that. Other than that, fuck it. Sick of these complete meltdown losses.

I know every team has them, but it seems like every week the Niners lose someone they need, Moody out for how long?

Robbie Gould oil up that leg 🦵 and come on back lol 😂

It’s starting to look like Shanny has been figured out in the Red zone and can’t find any new wrinkles to flip the script.

Now we’re on a short week in the division without a K.

Kittle had a so-so day and in 90+ degree heat we’re motioning constantly and going nowhere outside. Hard to see a silver lining anytime soon.

Fat Mike loved the weather delay.

    More time at the buffet.

    Go Pitt 😁

  21. unca_chuck's avatar unca_chuck says:

Pittsburgh lookerd like us in their inability to stop the run when everyone fucking knew they were gonna run.

Shanny is making a living out of getting out-adjusted in games.

    James Connor – 1st half – 9 yards rushing

James Connor 2nd half – 75 yards rushing

    Aiyuk – 1st half – 123 yards receiving

    Aiyuk – 2nd half – 24 yards receiving

Purdy had a pretty average day. Those picks were unfortunate, but he was off-target a lot.

Like the Rams game I was waiting for the fuckup and Mason provided it.

These red zone failures are getting really bad. 8 trips and 13 points?

Specail teams got a score! After Bosa’s pick we should have put the game away.
