Things Are Looking Up ! ! !

The national media, having deemed Trey Lance as the 3rd string wasted pick benchwarmer turd cast-off, and the quarterback position being the weak link on the team, has started the dialogue that we are no longer Super Bowl contenders and that we will fall short of the goal this season.

Since the national media has no idea what is really going on, and doesn’t seem to understand that this offense is fairly quarterback-friendly, hey, go ahead and bury us. Purdy made his bones running the opposing team offense last season, stepped in and caught on very quickly in real games. He’s on track to being ready for week 1.

What this means to the national scribes of course is that Purdy is living in a cave 2 miles underground and has no contact with the outside world, let alone the team, and that he is hopelessly behind in his understanding of the 49ers offense. So, since Lance is dwelling somewhere near Colin Kaepernick bust territory, Sudden Sam Darnold is the guy that has to save the season. And he will fail.

This is of course based on nothing. But, the gist of it is, whenever the scribes deem us worthy, we fall short. Now that they have jumped off the bandwagon, shit will go right.

My thoughts are usually fuck the right wing media and all their silly bullshit but the national sports media is right up there with em. I know I am not all that smart but sure that i am not as gullible as millions of so called Americans. The 1%ers are already the equivalent to the Russian ogilarchs and they want to keep it that way. Fuck democracy, and paying fucking taxes, and fuck everyone that gets ground under our feet. Same as it ever was.
Barring major injuries I think we do some serious stomping this year.

Tell us how you really feel, Winder!!

Yeah, the national media these days is all about the clicks. Who can say the weirdest shit first regardless if it is even remotely factual. The days of Walter Cronkite are long gone, sadly.

When news became subsumed by the entertainment division of networks, the writing was on the wall to cater to the fans.

The Niners? Yeah, we have the team. We just need to stay relatively healthy. I mean, fuck, we were down to our 3rd string QB and he got us to the NFCCG. I don’t think any other team can make that claim.

The fucking season turned on that fucking Denver game. We get the home game for the NFCCG and I think it is a different outcome.

McGlinchey’s having a good time in Denver. I guess? Utter weirdness.

Speaking of O linemen, I’m still very concerned we didn’t really do anything to improve the line. Depending on how things go, we are a little worse with McKivitz taking McGlinchey’s place. Yeah, we got the interior in place, but RT and interior depth are still big concerns.

No one anywhere in the national or local media is talking about this.

I think we really believe in a few of the youngsters there are two or three that more than likely show what they have this year. Nick Zakelj( I have no idea how to pronounce that one) and Jaylon Moore come to mind but we quite a few OL’s on the roster right now. Banks should be better this year also.

This is probably the deadest time of all for football. I guess there are still a few big name FA’s still out there. My guess is they will mostly land in our division. The Ram’s and AZ need some help. I think Seattle set themselves up pretty good with this years draft. I got nothing against Denver except that I can’t stand Elway but they sure did give Seattle a boatload of stuff for Wilson. Anyway still glad he’s out of our division.

Where is Scott Bull when you really need him!

  7. unca_chuck's avatar unca_chuck says:

Wow. ESPN is firing a shit ton of people, including Steve Young, from the Monday Night Football team. Suzy Kolber, Keyshawn Johnson, Jeff van Gundy, and Max Kellerman being the other big names.

Young will prolly get hired in about 35 seconds.
