All-Time Post of Forever (#1)
NJ49er
Β says:
September 7, 2011 at 7:40 pmΒ (Edit)
I see this Season starting with lots of motion and ground attack.
Our OL is going to take time to adjust to the new system, however, a WCO should help them once Alex and the WRs get into the necessary rhythm.
Game 1, lots of Gore and Hunter, 9ers win a close one. I do expect Harbaugh to take some deep shots though, VD and Braylon will be a nice duo.

Bourne had a nice game. Let’s hope they can build on that.
He will need to step it up cause Goodwin is ruled out..
Ahhh. Didn’t hear that. Bourne has shown strong hands.
WTF was that, whoever the safety was he is fired!!
Niners would’ve sucked just as bad with JG. Just piss poor.
If you canβt pass the ball DOWN the field you will not score, the play calling is just what it has been the last 10 years, screens for passes, π‘π€¬π‘π€¬π‘
A sack? Be still my beating heart
Like I have always said rushing yards mean nothing if you canβt score. Niners 125 yards rushing 6 points, Cardinals 45 yards rushing 14 points
The Cardinals fucking suck. That tells you how bad the Niners are right now.
89 plays 450 yards, I rest my case for not running the ball 90% of the time!!!
This is just like the offense the Niners ran when Frank Gore was running for them. Screen passes and runs. Fuck that!! If they had been competitive in this game I would not be so π , but this lacked so much creativity it was pathetic
We’re terrible. Again. Getting tired of this.
Missed the whole game. Very disappointed in the offense. I figured we could score by now. Even with Beathard. Oh well. This is another draft choice season.
Fuck
5 freakin turnovers to zero will get you beat every game, doesnβt matter if you win all the stats, time of possession , plays called, yardage all doubled, but 5 freakin turnovers? No team overcomes that..
:Lynch and KS are gonna have to start over, this one was just flat out terrible. Just when you think it can’t get any worse sure enough we will figure out a way to do it.
Beat Hard threw the ball 54 times. Come on. Morris could have and should have gotten the ball more. You let Beat Hard throw the ball 54 times and you are asking for turnovers and a loss. This one was on Shanny.
I agree KS’s game plan sucked but so did Morris.
I had this disturbing moment of deja vu today. I realized, that with Garapolo out, I’m actually watching the same team that went 1-9 last year. I mean, there is really not a whole lot that is different. We suck. And hearing how freaking tough BeatHard is is making me throw up in my mouth a little. He just sucks. He really does. The team had holes WITH Jimmy G, but without him, they are totally exposed. I mean, I’ll give the D credit for playing half way decent against a truly TERRIBLE team. But that’s about it. This year is going to be deja vu all over again. Sigh. X2.
RG III disease. Thinks there’s a week to throw and, doesn’t have any pocket presence.
Plus, he doesn’t lead Receivers open well and isn’t as accurate as JG.
Other than that…..We suck.
Thinking Jed didn’t entertain any Ohlone Elders today…
The Curse continues.
It’s also looking likely that we’re gonna be getting flexed outta Primetime too in the coming weeks.
We shouldn’t be on primetime anyway. We are once again playing embarrassing football.
If you let a below average QB throw the ball 54 times you are going to get turnovers. Period. Beat Hard is a turnover machine. Not sure what they can do about it other than have more conservative game plans but this is who he is and turnovers will be a part of his game as long as he’s the starting QB
Wasnβt Beathard drafted by Lynch/Kyle?
Yes. 4th round last year, Kevin. I didn’t realize there were 5 turnovers yesterday. 4 by the Beater. The stats are astounding. 40+ minutes of possession, 2.5x the yards, 33-10 in 1st downs, and you get stomped.
It takes some serious suckage to lose with those numbers.
Losing Brieda didn’t help. But no one on our team can stay upright. With Brieda playing, we have a chance to control the ground. Morris isn’t enough. Mostert had 6 chances and of course fumbled.
Idiotic. Don’t know about how the picks happened,I think one bounced off the clumsy waiter’s hands, but the strip/sacks are retarded. That’s just sloppy football.
Come April we will be drafting a QB. It looked like last year we hit a home run with the draft now it seems some of those players are showing very well at all. Haven’t heard from Lynch for awhile now I know he has to be pissed.
not
Looking at the statistics sent out to the media by the 49ers Communications staff after the game, you would have thought San Francisco routed Arizona.
Dominate the time of possession? Check (40:12 vs. 19:48).
Dominate in total net yards? Check (447 vs. 220).
Dominate through the air? Check (300 passing yards vs., 164).
Dominate on the ground? Check (147 rushing yards vs. 56).
Dominate in first downs? Check (33 vs. 10).
Heading into Sunday, teams which gained 30-or-more first downs while allowing 10-or-fewer by an opponent were 46-3. The 49ers are now one of just four teams to lose in that situation, and they are the first to lose by double digits.
Geez and to think the whole nation gets to see the 49ers sorry asses on Monday Night Football as the Green Bay Packers smoke us!!
Oh, we’ll keep it close and lose in the end.
We saw this last year with Hoyer and then Beathard. Playing well enough to lose. DeBergitis.
Jimmy G would have done better. At least I’d like to think he wouldn’t have committed 4 turnovers.
Huh. Just watched the game, and all I can say is wow. Except for the lack of pocket presence, Beathard did OK. A couple of those sacks were completely avoidable, and so were the strip sacks.
Good enough to keep you close but will let you down in the end.
Will he learn fro this? Hard to say.a lot of good runs, some nice passes and a couple shots downfield. This is our game now.
New thread.
