(Thankfully NO) Game Day!

Bye weeks are no fun. Unless you are a 49er fan. Now it is an inexorable crawl to Palookaville. It’ll be interesting to see how the Raiders handle the Bucs. A team that the 49ers should have beaten, but instead reverted to sloppy ineffectual play. Hard to believe the Jimmy T team looks to have a better season than this year’s version, but that is squarely on the defense that Trent Baalke has been drafting for lo these past 6 seasons.

Other than that, I got nothing. This team is going nowhere. And it is going backwards. Everyone not in the building cannot understand why Trent Baalke still has a job. Unfortunately the only guy in the world that likes him is Jerry Jed Jerkoff Junior.

I hope to see more bags, and fly-bys, at the next home game.

The stands are already half-empty. It’ll be a ghost town by the end of the season. I can’t even get excited about the prospect of a top 3 pick if we have the same fucking idiot making the pick next year.

The Browns, the Niners, the (very surprisingly) Panthers, and the (NOT surprisingly) Bears look to be the scum-sucking bottom feeders of the NFL for the remainder of the year. Hopefully by then we’ll have traded Colin Kaepernick for Shaun Hill looking to return to the glory days of 2008.

Jesus. Crabs taunts a guy on a 2 yard catch. That’s his 5th unsportsmanlike penalty.

    Smart.

  2. Berger says:

I don’t think Kap is tradable. I’m not sure if any team would take him as a free agent.

    • NJ49er says:

I’m guessing the reason for the Contract rewrite is to hope someone gets desperate before Tuesday’s Trade Deadline or, to salvage a Comp Pick when he leaves.
Maybe Jed will replace Baalke with another tried and true Marketing savant?
Lord knows a qualified football guy wouldn’t touch the job with a 12′ pole.

  3. unca_chuck says:

    I’m kidding bergs

  4. Nipper says:

Time for Jed to get tough …….maybe he’ll at least fire the turf guy or the hot dog vendor.

  5. Nipper says:

    Raiders beat the Bucs. 30-24.

    • rtfirefly says:

I watched that game; it was hilarious. The Raiders set the all time NFL record for penalties in a game. I swear, I was rooting for penalties towards the end when it looked like they had a chance for the record.

The Raiders have a very difficult second half coming up. Roadies against Denver, KC, and San Diego, home games against Denver and a Carolina team that is coming to life finally. No matter what happens, playoffs or no, the Raiders know two things: 1) Their defense sucks. Winston has been overthrowing high and long all season and today was no different. He probably left 21 points on the field with missed TD passes; 2) Carr is freakin’ great. I can’t wait to see this guy in a real late season pressure game and in the playoffs, because he’s a 4th qtr come from behind wiz and is quickly becoming an elite regular season QB.

    • rtfirefly says:

Crabs and Amari Cooper were tearin’ it up all game. We have WHO again at WR?

  6. unca_chuck says:

How did you get an inside look at our front office?

  7. unca_chuck says:

The Eagles gave that away . . .

  8. Nipper says:

Another day on earth being a 49ers fan. Ain’t life wonderful? Who’s got it better than us? Yeah everybody! BLEEP!

  9. unca_chuck says:

Well, we aren’t the Browns. Yet.

Good to see us gain ground when we don’t play.

  10. Nipper says:

The gift that keeps on giving……..Kap. He can’t play and yet the Niners are stuck with him this season. It’s apparent that moves have to be made ASAP. KAP is finished here. Empty seats at Levi’s will only grow. Even Kelly must be tired of the whole mess by now.

  11. unca_chuck says:

Hard to play here when your WRs and TEs drop every 3rd pass. Gabby was fucked over in that regard as well. Although Gabby has thrown too many picks and a lot more grounders. This team is a cold mess from the lack of players to the front office to the inconsistent coaching.

Speaking of coaches, funny how the Harbaugh coaching tree is, well, pretty much a stick as of now. Defensive genius Vic Fangio is currently 21st in points given up after being 20th last year. The Bears defense is not exactly burning up the league and hasn’t since his arrival. Then again, the McCaskeys are not exactly brainiacs where it comes to running a cohesive front offices as well.

Roman has already been canned. He of the power run game that went kaput early this year. He likely ends up back in college as an OC. Oregon State?

  12. unca_chuck says:

Kappy did fine in the 1st half anyway. Seems to be an overarching issue with the team. 15-20 minutes of decent ball, then 40-45 minutes of shit. From all aspects. Offense, defense, special teams. Then again, we don’t have very many good players.

  13. unca_chuck says:

Oh yeah, Nip. I hope it catches on. It may be a stupid pathetic attempt at a protest, but it’s something, Nip. I’ll post NJ’s protest pics from the Mike Nolan era. Funny stuff.

Beats whining and posting links. If you have any questions around the veracity of Bakkenbullitracistfuck being one and the same, look no further than all the links they both post, the constant CK bashing, and the stupid nicknames they both (no) come up with. He couldn’t pull it off here, and can’t pull it off there. How pathetic is that? What a loser. Skeebers should be ashamed for running such a k-k-krazy site.

Funny how Gabbert never got one negative post from the meth-heads over there.

    • Nipper says:

Yeah looks like Bakkenbullit took over Skeeber’s asylum for wayward males. They’ll suffer when their favorite candidate Mr. Trump takes a nosedive into political failure. It will probably shut down the “other blog” for good.

  14. 12th man says:

Baalke put another ACL safety who spent last year on IR for a knee injury on the PS, a guy released from the Pats, Sunseri. Is this some kind of weird fetish Baalke has? Inexplicable.

  15. Nipper says:

The Niners have to move bodies someway or somehow to breathe life back into Ninerland. The faithful will become faithless over night if no moves are made to improve the Niner team and outlook.

    • 12th man says:

Agreed, but a linebacker for instance would make a bit more sense than another crippled DB, just saying.

      • Irish Kevin says:

Hi Andy, agree, quit drafting hurt players because they are cheap!!

      • 12th man says:

Hey Kevin! I will be glad to see the back of Baalke, tired of his injury fetish that hasn’t worked worth a damn.

I see you and Charlie grabbed a cold one, its about all thats left to do at the games in the second half, drown your sorrows!

      • unca_chuck says:

By far the highlight of the game.

Well, the first 15 minutes looked real promising.

      • Nipper says:

Baalke is always looking for a bargain. He’s like a shopper who buys and hides the merchandise in a closet. He knows he has it but never feels he needs to use it.

    • Winder says:

I don’t understand the relationship between Baalky and Jed. It was obvious that he needed to go midway last year. I don’t think Jed has any trusted advisers otherwise we wouldn’t be in this mess today. Probably the only people who like him are the ones that are fleecing him.

  16. unca_chuck says:

And, for no reason, other than I had the pleasure of meeting Cedrick and Ronnie Lott at the Keystone PA, and letting me give Ronnie shit about being a Raider at the time, AND letting me buy them both beers. . . .

  17. unca_chuck says:

Dude’s like 5’10, but he was a load. Ronnie is barely 6’0″. Ronnie looked amazingly small.

  18. unca_chuck says:

Funny thing is, I met Montana and Dwight Clark at Hillsdale mall in 82. Clark was a big dude. Like 6’4″. Montana was a pipsqueak compared to him. Barely 6′.

  19. Nipper says:

No trade moves? Damn this team is stuck in neutral. Somebody has got to light a fire under this team. There’s no will to win at all. We’re stuck with Kap’s social issues which are fine but it doesn’t help in winning games. When the best we can do is remember the 80’s you know the present isn’t too exciting.

  20. unca_chuck says:

The NFL isn’t big on trades much, Nipper. I’d settle for the 90’s . . .

  21. Nipper says:

We may as well get Winder to post a music video something the “other” blog never has. Those guys are into insults, put-downs and politics.

  22. unca_chuck says:

    New thread is up.
