Game Day! Numero Uno!

Our season is about to start! Me, I think we play well and take the Bucs. I’m hovering between 9-7 and 10-6.  Based on our schedule, I think we can start fast. Whether we can sustain that is the question. Problem is, if we start slow, it’ll be hard to finish fast as our closing schedule is tough.

9-7 it is. If we can’t take the Bucs, we’ll be hard pressed to beat anyone. A 5 game improvement is about all we can hope for. I don’t see this team as a talented but undercoached one like the 2011 version. We are building. But we aren’t there yet.

Run D was pretty bad in the 2nd half. But a win is a win.

Wow can’t believe they didn’t reverse that Sherman undressed mugged Evans.
So be it A ROAD win always tough to get!!

Evans pushed off as well, so kind of a wash.

Watching detroit and AZ is to see potent passing games. I wish we did more downfield.

We need much better blocking to do that tho.

Jimmy G. was awful today. Well, not awful, he might have thrown a rookie QB pick-6. Oh wait he did.

I thought he’d start out slowly, but I sure hope he plays better next week against Cincy. Their defense isn’t anything to write home about.

NFC West undefeated after Week 1

  6. rtfirefly says:

    Bosa 1 sack
    Armstead 1 sack
    Ford 1 sack

Bosa an early candidate for Defensive Rookie of the Year. Nothing wrong with our pass rushers.

Lots to work on, RED Zone still a problem. If they are going to run, Brieta needs to be the starter

  8. Irish Kevin says:

Looks like we should just pencil in NE going to the SB

  9. Winder says:

Even though we made quite a few mistakes what i really like about this team is their hustle and fight till the end attitude. We are still a very young team but they never seem to let up or give up. We should go far as the year moves on. Jimmy seems to have lost some of the magic that we saw awhile back. I just hope he can get some of it back.
