2-3!

Sorry folks. Been out of pocket and country for the past couple weeks! Forgot to tape the damn games as well.

Italy is beautiful and we are returning tomorrow.

would you be checking in had we lost 26-25? Ha, good to hear from you Chuck.

  2. Nipper says:

They need a RB for Thursday. Hyde is too limited. The backups are shitty or hurt. Perhaps Reggie Bush, finally? Kap better keep playing well or he’s finished in SF.

  3. unca_chuck says:

Nip you are usually a little more optimistic. A win is a win. How close was the Giants game?

  4. rtfirefly says:

Heya, Chuck. I hope you’re bringing me a souvenir Leaning Tower of Pisa.

  5. unca_chuck says:

2-3 as in I missed the Giants game and have no idea about either.

  6. unca_chuck says:

We gave him too much time didn’t we?

  7. Nipper says:

Again Hyde has a hurt foot……bruised……. it hurts to put pressure on his foot. That’s not a good condition for a RB that has to cut and change directions. He claims he will be ready to go on Thursday. The last game he didn’t perform well on his foot. The backups are inexperienced at best and are rarely used. Their plays are very limited.

    • Nipper says:

Bush to the rescue? He’s as fragile as glass.

      • 12th Man says:

Not much they can do about it is there Nipper?

Hyde not only didn’t cut well, he went down on first contact. Amazingly they played him 80% of the snaps, made little sense to me.
        Hayne had no RB snaps.
        Rookie Davis got 1 carry.
Bush has been nonexistent so far.
Miller could play RB in a pinch but if it were me I would get Hayne more involved as a runner and pass catcher.

Andrew Tiller, RG, played more than Devey and the Niners gained most of their yards with Tiller in the game.

Interesting the Niners tried out a RB and a C today. Kilgore not coming back anytime soon?

  8. 12th Man says:

Filter is eating my posts Chuck.

  9. Lurker John says:

Chuck, we’re just glad you’re alive man! :-p

  10. Lurker John says:

The Niners had the Giants after Kap led the team on an 80 yard drive for the go-ahead TD, with just under 2 minutes left. But the secondary was atrocious all night, none worse than on NY’s last drive. The D got one hit on Manning all night and he carved them up. It was a tough, tough loss. Something has to be done about the non-existent pass rush.

    • NJ49er says:

Playing Zone too much Lurker John.
The winning TD in NJ happened right in front of me.
How Bowman didn’t get that ball out of Donnell’s hands is hard to fathom –

  11. NJ49er says:

    Benvenuti a casa Chuck 😀

  12. rtfirefly says:

Giants did it without timeouts, too. That’s when you know you have no pass D.

  13. Irish Kevin says:

This is what needs to happen the rest of the season. The Niners are going to have to rely on their offence to win games, they just don’t have a great D anymore, they will need to be up by two scores at the end of the 4th quarter. If it wasn’t for that penalty at the end of the game, I don’t think the Niners would have won. So the new Mantra will be score and score again, and again, and again!!

  14. Nipper says:

Niners 17 Seattle 10. Low scoring slugfest. Lots of penalties and players getting injuries. Fans will be crying for blood! My nightmare fantasy.

Kaepernick is a back up Quarterback like Alex Smith. The problem is no longer can anyone tell the difference. All the Media hype, commercials and fans blowing smoke up his bu*t and his phony celebrity status will not change this fact. The public has been sold a bill of goods and now with this gigantic contract no one in the right mind would want him. These type things happen when there’s no leadership, usually people revolt when seeing that they’re being taken advantage of but thanks the gullibility of you fine fans Jed and his family will get another free pass and nothing will ever change. I mean why should they when guppies still believe and fill the stadium?

The pressure is always paralyzing him, as you’ll see Thursday night. The guy can’t even throw straight anymore, he’s so petrified of getting intercepted, he’s second guessing himself he’s toast and now its just a question of how much longer you’ll tolerate this nonsense. I really don’t understand how people just can’t grasp the reality of either a QB has what it takes or he doesn’t. The need to give it more time and flush good years down the toilet is for losers and people who follow the loser on his losing path.

Remember: “God hath chosen the wise people of the world to confound the foolish!”

  16. Winder says:

31-6 Shitbirds. they have a better offense and defense.

  17. timtebo15 says:

This York ownership is a joke and as soon as you admit that then you can be on your merry way. They were lucky for years all the teams in the NFC West were lame and they were allowed to just blend in with everyone else. They had the defense, receivers, running back, offensive Line but were just missing a QB and no one at the top had any urgency to win what so ever even though they were so very close. That right there should show you there true desire. Now with the all the teams in our division playing great and wanting desperately to win the York’s in the next few years will be exposed and left in the dust as the NFC West Cellar Dwellers!

Some get made when I bring up Walsh as though you don’t need a lesson but oh well it’s you who have forgotten and never learned a thing from History Class not me. You forgot Montana and QB like Rodgers who were once the standard here. Eddie and Walsh not only put together a team that could beat the teams in our division they’re winning minds set goals beyond that which had us beating anyone the league had to offer. It’s just a difference in winning philosophies. Walsh not only got his teams to win, he kept them from being complacent and one thing for sure with Walsh Kaepernick wouldn’t be here and you can take that one to the bank.

I truly believe God loves winners because they’re actions are clearly seen by everyone and can’t stand people like the York’s who sole purpose in life is to make money and pull the wool over someone’s eyes.
