! ! ! ! Can’t get any lower. Still I feel I’m sinking ! ! ! !

Outshined by Chris Cornell and Soundgarden. The theme song for your SF Giants 2026 team.

In a season full of pitching debacles and crushing losses, they managed to pull one out for the ages.

Yes, the biggest blown 9th inning league in the 125 year history of the team. They were 2,208-0 when leading by 6 or more in the 9th. Til today.

Up 9-3 in the top of the 9th, the team could not even get an out before Cincy tied it. Bivans came in and really had no clue. Not sure why whoever the interim manager even was didn’t pull him a little faster, but I think it was pretty obvious Bivens didn’t have it. He gave up the longest home run into the cove that I’ve ever seen. Then again, Smith came in and nuked the joint. And the rest was errors, walks and general rookie ball crap.

I guess the lockout is a blessing.

For Dolly . . .

Ugly Giants baseball as usual!McDonald can’t even get an out in the bottom of the 4th hmm 3 walks, 3HBP 3 hits and .4 yes 4 fucking errors, well on pace for 9 errors so theirs that! Can’t believe it’s only 4-2 in a game that just won’t end fast enough!!

Gage walks the first batter he faces. Bases loaded.

    Fun times.

I’m starting to enjoy the extent of this foolishness to see how bad it gets.

.Gage gets a double play. Not bad. Run scores. Maybe they can get out of this with limited damage.

Oops. My “uh oh” was well founded. Gage gives up 2-run jack.

Now another base hit given up.

I’m out. What a S-show. Amazing they’re down only 6-2 after all this Keystone Kops action…

  3. alleykat69's avatar alleykat69 says:

Yeah that’s more like it Gage 2 Run Homer, now 6-2 call it over and get your oil changed at Speede since your car leaks less than the Giants ..

Went to my daughter’s school mate’s birthday party and it seems from reading the comments, I luckily avoided this shit show. The box score also says everything, e.g., the 3 Amigos (Devers, Chapman, and Adames) with 13 outs, 0 hits, and 5 K’s; 4 errors; 9 LOB; and, 5-14 RISP.

Yep, AK is right – your car leaks less oil than the Giants.

    • James's avatar James says:

Hey, that 5-14 wRISP is dang good! Unfortunately, the RISP didn’t score 4(!) of those times, although one of them did eventually on a subsequent hit. Comical.

      • blade3colorado's avatar blade3colorado says:

Actually, “elite.” They face planted in so many other facets of the game, that the Fish team RISP of 2-12 didn’t matter diddly squat.

Is that 3 batter rule still on this year, if it is that’s the kiss of death for this BP

Remember Borucki? (Sounds like a battle cry.)

Prefer to forget most of this season. Easier to take when not paying attention.

Mahler to the pen? Makes sense. Next stop palookaville.

“Let’s use the rest of this season to get prepared for the future…” Agree, Tom, that would be the way to go at this point. Might even be more entertaining that way. We’ll know by his actions over the next month or so if Buster is prepared to go this way. Poor guy. He’s realizing how difficult it is to build an enduring *good* team. Breaks my heart to hear Houser is unhappy about moving to the pen. Dude, you suck. Just go away and take your friend Malware with you. My goodness.

Just clicked it on for a minute 1-1 huh that’s almost a victory. So is their a written rule in POS Adumass’s contact that forbids him to bat 7th are even lower?Just watched his 2nd straight K on a pathetic check swing batting ahead of Chapman V continues to piss me off like every one else of course!!

Any way Happy Fathers Day to all Flappers since are day is usually a good thing unlike the Giants..Well atleast Webb is back dialed in after taking the time off the knee injury seems over with for now..

The Giants are 31-45, it’s the 5th inning of a meaningless 2-1 game against a pitcher with a career ERA of 5.67. Susac is bunting. Fire Vitello now.

  11. blade3colorado's avatar blade3colorado says:

The Giants made the right move by shifting Houser to a bullpen role. Him and his $22 million contract will have zero chance of being mitigated via a trade with him starting. Similarly, Mahle should also be moved to the bullpen. Moving Mahle to the bullpen would allow the Giants to replace him with Carson Whisenhunt or another minor league young arm in the rotation.

Frankly, I don’t think the wheels on both of their buses go ’round and ’round. However, starting is not the answer for either of them. A “Hail Mary Pass,” but maybe one or both of them – can straighten out their issues in the bullpen, where we can trade them for something at the trade deadline.

    fuck fuck fuck fuck

Meaningless baseball and we haven’t even hit July.

Hard to see what the future brings. But really they should try to keep Arraez and get rid of Chappie Devers Adumbass, Ray, Gilbert, Mahler, Houser, Bader (who?) Bofucki, Brubacker, Walker, Seymour and the pen of no-names.

  13. xoot's avatar xoot says:

if it’s possible to overwork Webb, V will do it.

  14. willedav's avatar willedav says:

Gutty effort from Webb, well done. Hopefully Giants can rally and get him off the hook for the L.

  15. blade3colorado's avatar blade3colorado says:

Great. Devers complaining about being taken out for a pinch runner.

  16. unca_chuck's avatar unca_chuck says:

Bring in Cox and you don’t run him. Brilliant.

  17. Macdog's avatar Macdog says:

    Giants 0 for Florida.

  18. blade3colorado's avatar blade3colorado says:

Pffft! The 3 Amigos (Devers, Chapman, and Adames) with 13 outs, 0 hits, and 5 K’s yesterday, add to their futility today, with 0 for 9 combined outing, with 4 K’s and 1 walk . . . blah.

  19. snarkk's avatar snarkk says:

Webb proving again today that he should be traded, for the benefit of both him and the Giants. 4 straight super starts. Today, he has no run support again, takes the loss nonetheless in a complete game. There is no point to more of this. He pitches, great start, the team sinks further regardless in a now lost season.

Stop the nonsense. Look to the future. Get a haul of players/pitchers or combo for this guy, and give him a team that can take him to the post-season.

    • willedav's avatar willedav says:

No 100%. Posey does not want to lose 100 games this season, or next. As much pitching as Giants need in rotation and pen, trading the best SP and one of best in the league is puro nonsense. they aren’t going full tank/rebuild mode on Posey’s watch nor should they.

    • unca_chuck's avatar unca_chuck says:

The Giants will do anything and everything BUT trade Webb.

Fucking Vitello is an idiot. utterly retarded.
