2 – 0 in Meaningless Games

Only big fuckup was the goal line fumble. All in all the worrisome thing is the interior line was our starters. Not sure about the center, but Banks and Sutherland were bad. 3 sacks and a lot of pressure.

Lots of drops by both teams, but this was mainly 2nd and 3rd string guys. DBs are making plays all over. Womack especially. Run game showed signs of life among a lot of short gains. And a boatload of false starts. Quick preseason ends next Thursday. The real thing awaits!

Actually that wasn’t a fumble a Vikings NT was offside and even slammed into are center causing the bad exchange. The refs clearly blew the call and for some asinine reason it was not a reviewable play? This shit better not happen when the REAL games start up .Should of been dead ball foul and half the distance to the goal line, 49ers still in possession..

Have to look at that again.

Our Oline is our biggest worry and shouldn’t get burned by 2nd & 3rd stringers. But it is preseason and we will know after the next game. Starters should all play and least a couple sets of downs.

Just what we need with a brand new QB, a shaky O-Line!

It’s interesting that they don’t play anyone in pre-season these days. The teams probably get more work and assessment during the joint practices than they do with these games.

Yep. Saw a few games in Hawaii years ago that would start at 7:00 am. Crazy. Good times.
