Game Day – Cincinnati Bound

Man, those Super Bowls were a long time ago. I guess it is good news we got flexed to a late local time of 4:25, but hey we still have to play. We have the usual raft of injuries, and Cincy has a strong passing game, and a solid run defense, so naturally I think we are gonna win. So far this year, this team zigs when I think it is gonna zag. 31-20

PS. Saw Lonnie Mack in 1995 in Buddy Guy’s Blues Club in Chicago. Got there about 8:00 and it was rockin’ till almost 3:00 am. Great time.

Okay to run out the clock here, but let’s not continue that into the 4th quarter, Bengals constantly playing like the Niners against Seattle, but a whole 4th quarter, Bengals might find a rhythm

  2. Irish Kevin's avatar Irish Kevin says:

    Niners need to score here

  3. Irish Kevin's avatar Irish Kevin says:

Well the run is certainly not working

  4. Irish Kevin's avatar Irish Kevin says:

Why is JG struggling all of a sudden?

  5. Irish Kevin's avatar Irish Kevin says:

Okay time for a blitz or two

  6. alleykat69's avatar alleykat69 says:

Let the Jimmy choke job continue!
Does any other QB throw some many high balls that are uncatchable ? Then as scripted he gets sacked on 3rd and 9 with his happy nervous feet!

  7. Irish Kevin's avatar Irish Kevin says:

They need to roll JG out of the pocket

  8. Irish Kevin's avatar Irish Kevin says:

    This is embarrassing

  9. Irish Kevin's avatar Irish Kevin says:

    Why didn’t they blitz again

  10. Lurker John's avatar Lurker John says:

Be honest, who didn’t think the Niners would blow this one?

  11. Irish Kevin's avatar Irish Kevin says:

    No huddle I like it

  12. Lurker John's avatar Lurker John says:

And whomever evaluated Ambry Thomas needs to be fired, ASAP. That kid does not belong in the NFL.

  13. alleykat69's avatar alleykat69 says:

That’s 3 big bonehead plays by Thomas! Gave up a pick they had,a sack by Bosa both allowing 1st downs, and now burned on a TD pass!!!
Just embarrassing choke job down the stretch!

  14. alleykat69's avatar alleykat69 says:

    Of course Gould missed it!!
Fuck unreal, now a loss in OT !!

  15. Lurker John's avatar Lurker John says:

You have to find the humor in these things. This team blows, plain and simple, just a comedy of errors. It’s just about time for a retooling.

  16. Irish Kevin's avatar Irish Kevin says:

I called, don’t let Cincy get in a rhythm

  17. Irish Kevin's avatar Irish Kevin says:

And Cincy Defense has gotten into it also

  18. alleykat69's avatar alleykat69 says:

Of course McPherson drills his FG for the lead..

  19. Irish Kevin's avatar Irish Kevin says:

It does not appear Goulds leg is at full strength, he usually makes anything under 50 yards

  20. Lurker John's avatar Lurker John says:

    That’s a fucking touchdown.

  21. Lurker John's avatar Lurker John says:

    What a play by Aiyuk.

  22. Winder's avatar Winder says:

    Well, that was different.

  23. alleykat69's avatar alleykat69 says:

Thats a winning TD for Aiyuk!!!
    Ballgame wow what a game!!!
I’ve seen it all in one game but thank god they got the W , and a great play by Aiyuk keeping himself in and keeping him securely out of the Doghouse!!

Out all day and only heard from the 2 min warning to home where i saw the OT.

Someone has a worse ST than us!

And the 49ers get HUGE assist from the Cincy coach for running on 1st and 2nd down to get to 3rd and 6 and the sack to force the FG in OT. They should have thrown every time.. Everyone should throw on us every time.

    Total gift win…

  25. Barleyfreak's avatar Barleyfreak says:

Well that was freaking exciting. Big win. Great play by bosa and the line and so many clutch catches. Jimmy actually played pretty solid I have to say. Credit where credit’s due. But I have to say that he also must lead the league in making passes that require amazing catches. He’s number one!

  26. Barleyfreak's avatar Barleyfreak says:

Oh and George, was George in their jungle! So many clutch plays.
