Down Down Down We Go

Can’t quite believe Mullens is still considered our best chance at victory these days. Then again, maybe it IS a tank job by the coaching staff to ensure the highest draft spot possible. After that stirring Ram victory, a couple victories against the woeful NFC East seemed possible, even likely. But Shrivel-Dick Nick has been on a mission to fumble and intercept his way to being a Walmart check-out guy.

10 picks and 5 fumbles against 10 TDs is not a very good average. Shanny has gone over ball security over and over with him, including halftime last week. So, naturally, Mullens fumbles the ball away for a TD the other way. The defense did no favors for the offense in the Buffalo game, certainly played well enough these past couple losses to win games, but when your QB is giving the ball away all the time, the margin of error becomes a negative number.

So next up we have the Dallas Cowboys. Normally I’d be jazzed for some kind of ass-whipping as these guys are fairly bet-up themselves and no one likes beating the Boys more than I do. However, the braintrust thinks Mullens will majically not fuck THIS one up. His last clean start without a fumble or pick was his first start this year. Against the Giants. Philly? 2 picks and a fumble. GB? 1 pick 1 fumble. NO? 2 picks. LAR? 1 pick. Buff? 2 picks. Wash? Pick 6, and fumble-6.

And The Beater sits. The guy we used a 3rd round pick on. The guy who somehow can’t pass undrafted fuck up Mullens on the depth chart. I don’t get it.

dude do you remember how bad the Beater was? Shit we got to Mullens BECAUSE Beat Hard was so bad. Maybe he’s learned something watching the games? Maybe. Could he be better than Mullens? Yeah, maybe, but they watch this guy every day in practice and apparently think he sucks worse than Mullens. Makes you wonder tho why they keep him around if he can’t supplant this loser.

  2. unca_chuck says:

Well, I’m 99% sure it’s because BeatHard sucks hard as well. Then again, they kept Pettis around a year too long until he royally fucked up a game and they jettisoned him.

They hate admitting draft mistakes I guess. For as good as some of the picks are, they have some spectacular failures as well.

These guys are all over the place. Problem is, Zach Wilson is flying up the draft board a la Carson Benchedz. We may have to trade up to get him.

So who would you go with Inca Chuck? Mac Jones, Zach Wilson, or Trey Lance? Scott Ostler threw those names outer in an article in the Chron

I think it’s gonna be sayonara for both the beater and nick the dick. Might as well give me their last hurrah.

  5. unca_chuck says:

Zach Wilson is they only one w have a shot at that I like but he’s moving up the board.

Stafford trade is 49ers’ only clear way to upgrade from Garoppolo

Put me in, coach! I’ll make sure this team implodes so badly it’ll be a bigger steaming pile than the one Skeebers laid on Chuck’s pillow

I’ve mentioned Stafford before and I believe he would still be a great upgrade over Jimmy. The guy is the toughest QB in the NFL, he shrugs off injuries and competes every week when other QB’s would sit. He has had no help in in Detroit , no running game, no receivers ( especially with Kenny Golladay hardly played) but man he can still throw lasers with a cannon arm , which could really mean some deep throws to both Deebo&Aiyukand who knows maybe even Chuck’s last chance hope receiver Jalen Hurd..

Stafford would be great. He’s in the middle of a 5 year deal though. There’s a buyout clause, but Deetroit would have to eat $24.5 million in dead cap money. They’de save the additional $40 mill they owe him, but wouldn’t have a QB. I’d love to see him play for us but it’ll never happen.

Like Archie Manning before him, he would be a likely HOFer on a better team. As it is, he’s looking at yet another rebuild going on around him.

  10. Winder says:

I used to get so excited when we played Dallas. Now I just hope we beat the bastards.
