That’s a Wrap . . .

Yes, another disappointing season bites the dust as we close the 2018 season with another set of double-digit losses and another high pick. We won’t know for a few more hours our draft position, but #1 is still in play. Seeing as the Rams are playing for home field, I give us little hope, but the Rams offense has lost their luster since their 54-51 win over KC a while back.

Seattle is resting their starters, os keep hope alive that AZ pulls one out of their ass.

I could go on about the season, but we all saw the slowly moving train wreck that started with jiny G going down, and the emergence of Nick Mullens as a viable backup. For all the scrubs we employed on offense, they did pretty well. The defense? Not so much. They did get a little better toward the end of the year as they went more press man.

Looks like Bosa or Quinnen for us.

…but Seattle isn’t resting their starters. So AZ still up against it.

  2. rtfirefly says:

Don’t forget the Jets, .506 SOS to our .504. SOS could go either way today. They could easily go Bosa.

  3. Chiefs Bandwagon says:

You guys will be jumping aboard today while your team gets smoked in LA.

  4. unca_chuck says:

Jets are playing NE. Their SOS will go up.

  5. unca_chuck says:

Wow. Insanely stupid play by Jusczchyhuyg there.

  6. Winder says:

Yeah, turnovers have just killed us this year

  7. Kyle Shanahan says:

I let my dad fuck me in the ass. I think I enjoy it more than him.

Dear Gawd, my team is atrocious and my players can’t play. Maybe McVay has an opening for me as an assistant coach and I can be on a real team for a change.

  8. 12th Man says:

    Tough start

  9. Turnover Tommy says:

Every time Mullens throws a pick his little dink shrinks more and more. SF has given up six turnovers to the Rams this season while taking away zero. SAD

  10. 9ersFansRootToLose says:

So funny 9ers fans always have to root for their team to lose at the end of the season. Today, you’ll have plenty to cheer about. What a piece of crap team the Whiners are.

  11. Nick Mulligens says:

    Somebody help me!

  12. 12th Man says:

Ballsy play calling, been unlucky with all the tipped interceptions.

  13. Nick Mulligens says:

I no longer have a Big dick

  14. 12th Man says:

Rams O has done very little so far.

    • 9ersFansRootToLose says:

No need. Let the D rule the day. Whiners blow.

    • alleykat69 says:

They don’t need to when their D has 3 picks 2 for TD’s and let’s throwin a fumble as well..

      • 12th Man says:

McVay says the playoffs started today, if I’m him I’m not happy with his O output so far.
Right side of the O line getting beat like a drum, add the C getting pushed 3 yards deep and that makes it a long day for the Niners O.

  15. 12th Man says:

That’s all on Mullens. I’d say the Jimmy G trade is on hold NJ.

    • NJ49er says:

Highly unlikely it ever comes 12th.
However…..I do like the Cap reduction piece of it if someone were to make an offer. 😀

    • NJ49er says:

A nice bit of Mullens’ history making at least –
He ranks No. 4 in NFL history in passing yards in his first eight games, behind only Patrick Mahomes, Andrew Luck and Cam Newton.

  16. alleykat69 says:

Mullen’s a Human piniata out their..
Let’s give the Beater some Beat down time as well..

  17. Jimmeh G says:

I like to fuck chickens. I’m a little girly dude.

I’ll definitely be the starter again next year. You silly Niner fans always count your chickens before they hatch when it comes to new quarterbacks being the “next” franchise QB from 30 years ago

  18. 12th Man says:

Seal block? Pick play more like.

  19. 9ersFansRootToLose says:

Hang on while I finish sucking my mom’s dick.

Loved it after the Whiners scored the TD to bring it to 28-10 the announcer says San Fran “right back in the game.” Hahahahaha, hilarious.

  20. unca_chuck says:

Well, AZ is hanging in there down by 1 in the 3rd.

  21. unca_chuck says:

Poor Rooster. This is your livelihood now?

  22. Santa Clara’s NFL says:

My mom is a whore, and I’m always sloppy 2nds on her.

  23. 9ersFansRootToLose says:

If I had a dick, I would play with it all day.

  24. Irish Kevin says:

Nothing like getting blown out in the last game of the season. At this poin the Niners should be going for on 4th down every time. Might as well practice something

  25. zumiee says:

    What an awful, clueless secondary.

  26. sandy32koufax says:

I’m not here to troll as there is no trolling needed. That having been said, I wish you all a Happier New Year and a fruitful draft. 😉 That guy in black is killing it! Ciao, guys.

  27. We Are Hot Garbage says:

What a mess! There’s always next year.

  28. zumiee says:

There’s a lot of red in the stands. Lots of Niner fans there. Gotta appreciate the loyalty.

  29. Rams D says:

I’m a child molestor and I had to go door to door and inform my neighbors.

  30. Rams O says:

    I’m a sad lonely chicken

  31. 12th Man says:

Kittle is unbelievable, set the Niners reception record and still going.

  32. 12th Man says:

Love it, Kittle breaks the season yards record with a long TD!

  33. alleykat69 says:

Congrats to George Kittle for setting the alltime receiving yards for a TE in a season! With a TD catch play to boot 🥾

  34. unca_chuck says:

Damn. Stone Cold George Kittle is killing it, that’s for sure. Broke the record for yards by a TE.

  35. rtfirefly says:

#2 overall, baby! AZ could use a great DT. Maybe they’ll throw a Bosa our way.

  36. Jorge Kittle says:

I suck donkey balls for fun

  37. zumiee says:

There’s only one champion every year. 29 teams end their season in futility every season. It should keep all fans kind of humble about their teams, no matter what sport.

  38. zumiee says:

The return of Jimmy G. will bring hope next season.
And they need to fix that defense. Yikes.

  39. barleyfreak says:

Congrats to Kittle. A bright spot on the year. Mullens is a solid backup. Beathard sucks eggs. Spitblood is a drip.

    That is all.

  40. NJ49er says:

Chuck, we hung onto #2 – Stayed ahead of NYJ and Oakland at least –

Cards wrap up top pick … Who gets the #1 pick overall at the 2019 draft went right down to the wire, but despite a game try, Arizona gets the honors after the Cardinals lost to Seattle on a last-play FG in one of today’s late afternoon games.Meanwhile, San Francisco wrapped up the second pick with a loss to the LA Rams, while the New York Jets will pick third, followed by Oakland at #4, Tampa Bay at #5, the Giants at #6, Jacksonville at #7, Detroit at #8, Denver at #9, Buffalo at #10, Cincinnati at #11 and Green Bay at #12.

  41. NJ49er says:

    1. Cardinals (3-13)
    2. 49ers (4-12)
    3. Jets (4-12)
    4. Raiders (4-12)
    5. Buccaneers (5-11)
    6. Giants (5-11)
    7. Jaguars (5-11)
    8. Lions (6-10)
    9. Bills (6-10)
    10. Broncos (6-10)
    11. Bengals (6-10)
    12. Packers (6-9-1)
    13. Dolphins (7-9)
    14. Falcons (7-9)
    15. Redskins (7-9)
    16. Panthers (7-9)
    17. Browns (7-8-1)
    18. Vikings (8-7-1)
    19. Steelers (9-6-1)
    20. Loser of Colts-Texans

Picks 21-32 will be determined by the losers of each playoff round with the Super Bowl champion picking No. 32 overall.

    • rtfirefly says:

We’ll rotate with the Jets and Raiders after Round 1:
      Rd. 1 – 2nd
      Rd. 2 – 4th
      Rd. 3 – 3rd
      Rd. 4 – 2nd
      Rd. 6 – 3rd

  42. NJ49er says:

Chuck, email me when you can regarding the offer from 12th –
No hurry. Been off for the Holiday week.
12th, thanks again for keeping me in mind. Very much appreciated.

  43. Spitblood says:

Don’t worry, guys. We’re gonna get ’em next year for sure!

  44. NJ49er says:

Nice move by Lynch & Co.
Will be Coaching in Mobile at the Senior Bowl with Gruden’s Staff.
    Shanny South, Gruden North.
    Great move ;-D

    • NJ49er says:

Chance to work with top talent ahead of the Combine and, actually evaluate in person, while also wearing/playing in pads.
      Kudos to Lynch and Shanny.

  45. rtfirefly says:

Only 251 days till Opening Day!

Next year’s schedule is gonna be a bitch though. Wash and GB as our easy games? NFC South, AFC North. Even with Jimmy G. back. 8-8 might be a successful season. All will depend on our D. The NFL record for fewest turnovers in a season. That doesn’t work.

    • unca_chuck says:

I think we left maybe 6 ints on the table by dropping easy ones. Even with those we are WAY underturnovered. We did get some bad bounces, but 90% of all turnovers come from a pass rush. Which we didn’t have. I’m leaning much more to Josh Allen as our pick. We need a complete disruptor from the edge. He had 17 sacks and a shit ton of tackles.

  46. NJ49er says:

    Happy New Year Boys
    2019 here in NJ
Hope it’s a good one for you all 😀

  47. NJ49er says:

    Everyone leave town?

  48. unca_chuck says:

Hah! No, back at work unfortunately.

  49. Winder says:

God, it’s gonna be another long offseason. I don’t think I’m gonna involve myself much until after the combine. It gets to be too much bullshit until the draft.

  50. unca_chuck says:

    New thread is up.
