Looks like another loss on our way to the top of the draft, but man, I hate the fucking Seahawks. Great city. Hate the team. The coach. The defense. Like Cleveland beating the Broncos, or the Chargers beating the Chiefs, I’d love to see the Niners beat the Hawks.
Funny thing is, we are 3-3 at home, 0-7 on the road. So there’s that. I don’t think we turn it over 14 times, but who knows? We looked like horseshit that last time we played them, so hopefully the team takes Kyle Shanahan’s “I’ve been sick of them for a long time” comment to heart and they come out and play a full 60 minutes tomorrow. Because that’s what it is gonna take. We can’t take the 2nd half off like last week and expect to win.
The usual things are important. Pressure, run stopping, contain Wilson’s scrambles. And hope against hope they can create a turnover or 2 on defense.
Offense? Look for Stone Cold George Kittle to see double and triple teams, so Pettis and Bourne should get some looks. Goodwin needs to keep his hands on the goddamn ball.

The defense is actually looking better these last few games. Nothing spectacular, but just progressing.
The young guys like Marcell Harris and DJ Jones had nice games,
The Bosa Express just exploded. If you’re to blow the best pass rusher in the draft, might as well do it breaking the Seahahawks’ 10 game winning streak over us.
Gawd I hope Josh Allen or somebody turns out to be our great ER.
There are enough pass rushers in this draft to go around. I’d rather see the team getting better. As much as I’d like to see Bosa, I’d also like to see this defense learn how to pay a full game.

Seattle’s weak line bit them as Buckner and Thomas drew multiple holding calls today.
Good redemption game for Jeff Wilson.
The draft is a crap shoot I don’t think Bosa’s gonna be all that. We still have so many holes that even if we draft at #3 we should be able to get some extra picks. Mullens is a pretty good QB and really showed his stuff against a good Seattle team
#4 now and Mullens is a backup and may not see the field next year.
That’s the hope anyway.
At least we know we have someone who is a solid backup.

I’m glad we won but I’m disappointed we didn’t break bones or inflict injury on the Seahawks. That’s what we as classy 49er fans always want against division rivals who have owned us have won championships this century. Maybe we can injure Rams players since they’re so much better than us. Classy!
