Wild Wild Life

Football Frenzy weekend! Craziest game might just be the 1st one, with the 38 year old Joe Flacco going up against the 22 year old CJ Stroud. Cleveland actually catches a break I guess by getting out of the frozen east coast and playing in Texas, but going with the youth in this one.

I think Houston wins.

The fair-weather Dolphins however are gonna be playing in what looks to be some horrific conditions. May get to -35 in KC.

Got to go with the cold weather Chiefs.

Bills continue their late-season heroics

The Pack shocks the Cowboys

Rams beat the Lions in Stafford’s revenge.

And the Eagles fold up and cry cry cry.

Holy crap, GB hanging 41 on Dallas in the third quarter. I got that one wrong. No doubt Dak will still get a pass for his piss-poor performance. Purdy does something like that and they’re hanging him in effigy.

    How ’bout them Cowboys?
    Eat shit Jerry

  3. unca_chuck's avatar unca_chuck says:

Dallas continues to be less than the sum of their parts. Parsons is s big part of this. They’ve always followed the lead of Jerry Jerk-off and been all about the headlines and the flashy crap at the expense of getting shit done.

Parsons ewhines about how he;s held and howe great hie is. Theur constant whining about things, Jerry’s constant bullshit, and the team’s overall overconfidence is a major problem with them.

And Dak just isn’t that good. He never seems to catch any grief.

    • NJ49ER's avatar NJ49ER says:

Dak is a hak and Parsons ain’t no Lawrence Taylor Chuck.
So happy to see Jerruh get smoked in his crystal skybox on national TV.
      High five this moron.

Columbia’s Team rides off into the dust bin again.

Both the Rams and Cowboys going down made the day much nicer since there is so much ice on the roads that I’m not going anywhere.

Stay safe and enjoy. Drama and trauma all elsewhere for now. GB does provide another link to Shanahan, as will be discussed anew.

      • Winder's avatar Winder says:

Thanks willedav, it doesn’t look like the ice is gonna melt for a couple of days. Yesterday the kids were ice skating in the street.

We’ve got the Saturday night Fox slot vs GB accordinging to PFT.
    I’ll assume 8PM ET?

  6. NJ49ER's avatar NJ49ER says:

Does Jerruh back up the Brinks truck for Bill now?
I can see it happening in a NY minute.

Fat Mike gets a 96oz T-Bone for his efforts perhaps?

Harbaugh, Belichick and Carroll are candidates for all these vacancies. Harbs is heading to LA to talk with the Chargers. For all the talent Dallas has, the Chargers would be the easiest turnaround for snappy khaki. They have a ton of talent and the owners aren’t major diddlers. Working with Jerry Jerk-off can’t be easy. And somehow, Harbs in Seattle doesn’t really fit.

NE has a good ownership group, but the team is a mess.

    • Winder's avatar Winder says:

I think NE is like us in losing DC’s and OC’s pretty much every year and with the talent they have now it just doesn’t work. To be honest I think the NFL has moved on from the way Harbaugh coaches IMO.

    • unca_chuck's avatar unca_chuck says:

Yeah, but that won’t stop the Chargers from throwing stupid money at him. Sirianni is the latest to crash and burn with the Harbaugh style of coaching.

  8. unca_chuck's avatar unca_chuck says:

Pittsburgh with not a lot of playoff success lately.

  9. Winder's avatar Winder says:

    that is a major loss.

  10. unca_chuck's avatar unca_chuck says:

Sirianni takes 5 points off the board for his own team. What a fucking moron.

  11. unca_chuck's avatar unca_chuck says:

I really wish they’d wait till the season is finished to start signing coaches/FO guys to other teams. Like there ain’t enough fucking time in the offseason?

    • NJ49ER's avatar NJ49ER says:

I’m a bit surprised Jerruh hasn’t pushed fat Mike overboard in favor of making a run at Bill before someone like Arthur Blank writes him a fat check.

Dallas and Philly both imploded at the end and I’d expect heads to be rolling as a result.

  12. unca_chuck's avatar unca_chuck says:

Yeah, Sirianni was his own worst enemy. Firing his DC mid-season was not very smart as the D got much worse.
