Game Day! Sweet Carolina?

Since this has been such a weird season already, I’m nervous about this game. I’d call it a trap game, but I think that would apply to NEXT week’s game against the Falcons. Thing is though, we have an annoying habit of playing to the level of our opponents. The Bears loss was one broken play in a monsoon, and the Denver game was just a Jimmy clusterfuck.

Now? The Panthers are terrible and we shouldn’t be. The defense will be the defense. Whither the offense? Jimmy has 1.66 good games, under his belt, and 1 bad one. What will tomorrow bring? Hopefully he’s good Jimmy. The spread has gone up so the money is going to the Niners. So there’s that.

We are the late game on the east coast so that’s a little odd. But let’s do it. Get above .500. Row, Jimmy.

Like I predicted the 49ers would be in 1st place after this week and they proved me right as Rams,Seattle, Arizona all shit their pants!
3-2 the rest of the chumps 2-3!!

Jerry Jones hopes to meet the Niners in the playoffs.

I will say that the Oline looks like they have heard that they can’t pass protect the QB. And they are trying to prove us fans wrong

Yeah, the interior guys had a solid game. Don’t remember any holding calls, and 2 sacks is not too bad. 9 penalties, and a couple were killers that kept a couple drives alive for Carolina, but I thought Shanahan actually kept the O going in the 2nd half. We got holes to run through and Jimmy was decent with no picks again to go with 2 TD passes.

Big surprise was Tevin Coleman with 2 TDs, 23 yards on the ground and 44 in the air. Wilson had 120 on the ground by himself. Jmmy threw the ball to 7 different receivers, and Aiyuk led the way with 3 catches for 58 yards.

All in all a solid game. Just bummed about all the injuries. Saw a stat that said we were the 31th healthiest team in the league. And that was before this game.

You called it AK. So I put it up as Post of the Day.

Then again, you called Tevin Coleman washed up, and he had a solid game today!

Yeah seems like every week the Niners lose a player

Cincy playing stupid. The adage always was go for the tie on the road. Sure, it’s only the 3rd quarter but you just had the ball for 15 plays and 10 minutes, and got nothing to show for it.

No Bosa, Kinlaw or Armstead. We would’ve lost this game with last year’s DBs. I couldn’t believe we still had 6 sacks. Ridgeway looked good and Jackson got some valuable experience. Greenlaw is a tackling machine.

To win like we did with so many key injuries should be great for our confidence for now and as we get healthier. Bosa is the big injury. They said it was just tight. I sure hope it is nothing serious.

Bummed about Moseley. He looks done for the season. He was playing very well. Jimmie gets one play before breaking his hand. Verrett? Oh boy. Bosa I think was more of a precautionary thing. I hope as well.

Great all around win except for the 2 KO returns that got Gould killed.

Need Gould to be okay too. Contusions are painful but shouldn’t put him out too long. One look at Wishnowski try a PAT is all you need to know about that. Bringing in a kicker is also a roll of the dice. Moseley’s injury sucks. He was putting together an All-Pro year.

Man injuries continue to mount up devastating news Moseley tore his ACL and is done for the year and was having a great season ( even a pick 6 TD return yesterday)Jimmy Ward breaks hand after 1 play? Back to Jimmy Medical Ward, love the guy but just hasn’t been on the field consistently. BOSA hopefully just a minor tweak of the groin, AA I’m more worried about with plantar faciats/ foot issues never a good situation for big linemen.
Then Gould bad news with a knee injury I doubt he will be ready to go next week and no way Wish can do the job, so LJ they will need to roll the dice and bring someone in.A guy I think they should bring in for a look is 4 eyes Rodrigo Blankenship released by the Colts who ironically was replaced by an ex 49er Chase McLauglin a fill- in for Gould in the past.
