Glad we didn’t re-up him I guess. There was even talk of Sherman getting hired by the Dallas Cowboys as a coach. Something that makes sense. But then there’s this. Sherman was arrested in Seattle at 2 am for trying to force his way into a Redmond, WA house, and an ensuing scuffle with the police. The big things here are he was denied bail and he is being charged with a felony.
Don’t know the story around this, but Sherman certainly doesn’t fit the profile of out-of-control whack-job. Guess we will hear more in a little while, but denying bail is a pretty big deal. Sounds like shit got crazy.

Agree. Sherman is a very cerebral guy, Stanford Grad. As always we need to wait and see what’s real but the arrest alone is out of character for anything we’ve ever seen from him.
Hated Sherman as a Seafuck but just like Hacksaw, and Tyler I learned to really like him as a Niner. Lot’s of people don’t realize just how fucking crazy alcohol makes some people. Pretty sure that’s why there was no bail, they are probably waiting for him to come down and mellow out. Probably a mental eval is in the works too. I just hope they drop the felony charges. Hit and run dui is kinda sketchy in that if nobody was hurt he might get a break. Resisting arrest is a lot better than assault on a police officer. i guess we will find out by tomorrow.
And to think you clowns were actually starting to like him and thought he would bring Santa Clara another championship. Free agent CB Richard Sherman was released from King County jail on Thursday afternoon.
Sherman must make another court appearance on Thursday morning. He is facing four charges, all of them misdemeanors. That will improve his standing both with the law and NFL when it comes to potential punishment. Sherman must get his personal life in order before trying to find a new home for his 11th season.
Yeah, the story was he drank two bottles of hard alcohol. Don’t know about any drugs. He musta been wasted.

Damm they have a ring video of Sherman at the front door first he got the door code unlocked( surprised he could remember it as he looked fairly wasted)but a secondary lock kept him out, as he’s yelling then banged the door hard 3 times trying to get in.Then more pissed it off after a short time just ketching his breath , he was at again slamming the door several more times.
If this is Dennis he really has gone off the rails. I liked interacting with him and he was funny as shit. This stuff is the equivalent of a 5 year old stamping his foot and poking his tongue out.

Alcohol changes who you are. Most good-time Charlies turn into angry people after awhile especially if your having blackouts. That’s what happened to me anyway. That’s why I quit drinking years ago.
Like I said, I’m not positive it’s Dennis, but i have gotten emails that sound very familiar in that vein.
